Peanut Butter Balls

I made these tonight and they were super yummy and fun to make. If you can imagine Lincoln ate about 15 of them. Make them and you will be hooked!

Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup toasted wheat germ
1 cup crisped rice cereal (rice krispies)

Toppings: shredded coconut, finely chopped nuts, toasted wheat germ, melted chocolate, or crushed graham crackers.

Mix ingredients together in mixer. Place wax paper on a cookie sheet. Roll mixture into balls and roll into toppings. Place on cookie sheet and cool for a while. Enjoy.

  1. You can find it near the health food stuff. It is the part of the wheat that they remove when they make white flour. It has a lot of nutrients in it. That is why it is alright to eat lots of the PB balls! ;)
