also, I bought a dehydrator. You could dehydrate some of them. Not sure what you would do with them after that, but the book that came with it says you can dehydrate them! Maybe we could try making fancy bread with dehydrated tomatoes on top!
I really like this Tomato Basil Soup. I add a little bit of sugar at the end b/c I like it a little sweet. I also cut out most of the butter. I think I made this for Becky's b-day party when we had soup and bread bowls a few years ago.
