Suzi's Hot Fudge

1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. karo syrup

melt together in a pan and enjoy! (those were Suzi's specific instructions)
keep leftovers in a the refrigerator and reheat in the microwave
